The aim of this applied education training is to support you in implementing the GDPR Certification Standard and Criteria BC 5701:2023 within your organization. During 9 months, training and implementation walk hand in hand. You immediately put what you have learned into practice and receive feedback and tips specific to your situation.

The substantive themes of this course correspond to the shorter ‘fast track’ variant of the BC 5701 Implementation Professional training. In this course, there is more time per topic to reflect on the participants’ practice. In addition, there is more space between the teaching days to put what has been learned into practice.

Prior knowledge

We assume familiarity with the GDPR, some experience with project management and organizational knowledge and insight at the level of University of applied sciences (HBO). If you do not have this experience, the training will sometimes be abstract and reduce the learning return for you.

What is not covered within this training

There are more relevant disciplines that are important for successfully guiding implementation and that are not or hardly addressed in this programme. This programme does not cover change management, project management and/or the significance of the GDPR.

If you already have a lot of experience in implementing certification standards, the shorter and more theoretical ‘fast track’ variant of this programme is probably a better choice.
